Incredibly friendly hotel in a marvellous and nice location in the middle of the city, really enjoyed this place. Twin/double room I stayed at was compact and clean with the balcony. Location: the venue was really close to green mountains, nature and lake.

That the shower facilities need improvement, especially for the elderly. the hotel itself could use some updating in terms of furniture and details.

I also loved that the hotel was just a short drive away from Lago Maggiore, allowing me to easily visit the stunning lake whenever I wanted.

The lack of reliable wifi. We were disappointed to find out that it wasn't available in our room, and even in the common areas, the signal was pretty weak.
